My Story
Hannah Noland, RDN
I became interested in nutrition and wellness during my time in college at the Ohio State University. After graduating, I moved to Charlottesville, VA and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Virginia Health System.
As a dietitian, I believe in the value of nourishing both the body and soul. Through our work together, I’ll help you cultivate a healthier relationship with food and your body. I work from a weight neutral, Health at Every Size perspective.
My goal is to serve you by sharing my passion for food freedom and joyful living. I always hope to provide a non-judgemental voice and evidence-based information while assisting you in meeting your health goals.
My Specialties Include:
Eating Disorders (Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia), Orthorexia, Disordered Eating, and Women’s Health
My Values
01
Health
Health is multifaceted and complex and our bodies are all created with specific, unique needs. Sometimes we just need a little help tuning in and aligning with those needs.
02
Flexibility
Nutrition is never one size fits all. I believe in a personalized, individual approach for each person. Rigid food rules and diets are a thing of the past.
03
Freedom
Letting go of external health and food rules can be challenging but freedom is found on the other side. We all deserve to experience the fullness of life, without anxiety around eating.
